Own the end-to-end product design process for the Tylko configurator, from concept to production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless experience and present design decisions to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product design process for the Tylko configurator, from concept to production
- Design and continuously improve a tool that handles complex interactions: real-time customization, 3D visualization, dynamic pricing
- Translate customer needs and business goals into clear flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI
- Define success metrics and ensure your work drives measurable results
- Collaborate daily with Product Managers, Developers, Researchers, Analysts, and the E-commerce team to deliver a seamless experience
- Present and explain design decisions with clarity, guiding stakeholders toward the best user experience
- Shape and evolve the Tylko Design System, including components specific to configurator design
- Mentor mid-level designers and influence how design is practiced at Tylko (Optional growth path)
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer
- Proven track record of owning and delivering complex digital products
- Strong UX skills and a deep understanding of user behavior in interactive environments
- Proficiency in Figma and experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strategic thinker who can balance big-picture direction with detailed design decisions
- Strong communication skills and openness to feedback
- Fluency in Polish and English
