You will own and deliver products and features end-to-end, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams. Your role involves ensuring clarity and attractiveness in information-dense interfaces and innovating on visual storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver products and features end-to-end from discovery to prototype and dev-ready specs, with mentorship from senior designers
- Build strong working relationships with Product and Engineering to align on JTBD and problem definitions
- Contribute to and uphold Atlas, our design system, ensuring consistency across pages, products, and apps
- Ensure information-dense interfaces with charts, tables, and geospatial data remain clear and attractive
- Work with Data Visualisation to innovate on new patterns for visual storytelling
- Iterate on designs using insights from customer feedback, usability testing, and analytics
- Participate in sprint rituals, helping embed design as a structured, visible contributor
Requirements
- Circa 3–5 years of experience delivering digital product design (web, SaaS, or enterprise tools)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A solid portfolio showing your design process
- Expertise in Figma (or similar tools) including prototyping
- Curiosity to keep learning, generosity in sharing your knowledge, and genuine pleasure in collaboration
- Familiarity with data-rich domains (financial analysis, dashboards, or editorial content) is a bonus
