Responsibilities
- Lead and craft exceptional online experiences from inception to completion, ensuring design excellence.
- Champion the customer perspective, ensuring user-centered design principles are integrated throughout the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, research, analytics, and development to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
- Support user research and analysis to identify pain points and validate design decisions.
- Ensure design consistency by adhering to our design guidelines and systems.
Requirements
- An experienced designer with 5+ years of hands-on design experience, combining UX and UI excellence with strong conceptual thinking.
- A proficient user of design systems.
- A collaborative communicator with a proven ability to work across teams, manage stakeholders, and drive projects forward.
- A problem-solver who thrives on creative challenges and delivering solutions that exceed user and business expectations.
- Experience in the gaming sector is a strong advantage.
- High proficiency in Figma.
