Super App UI & UX Analyst

Senior UX/UI Designer to define product vision, improve usability, and deliver delightful end-to-end experiences for users in a strategic and hands-on role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UX/UI design process for e& mobile applications, from research and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and final assets
• Translate business requirements and user insights into intuitive, scalable, and visually appealing design solutions
• Drive design workshops, user research, and usability testing to validate concepts and ensure a user-first approach
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define product strategy, features, and roadmap
• Maintain design systems, guidelines, and component libraries to ensure consistency across products
• Collaborate with other designers and contribute to building a strong design culture within the organization
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design tools, trends, and technologies, applying them appropriately to improve product quality

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Basic visual design and self-learning skills
• 2+ years of professional experience in UX/UI and product design, preferably in digital products (web and mobile)
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, visual design, and product thinking
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
• Deep understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams
• Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language
