User Experience Designer

Responsibilities

• User Research: Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and workshops
• Interaction Design: Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Delightful Experiences: Design micro animations, transitions, and gamification features
• Collaboration: Work closely with frontend and backend teams
• Iterative Design: Use feedback and data to refine and improve designs
• Design Systems: Build and maintain a scalable design system

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in UX design for responsive mobile-first apps
• Fluent in Figma, ideally also in animation prototyping tools like Framer
• Proven ability to design attractive and intuitive user flows and interfaces that solve real-world problems
• Visual flair: selecting colors, fonts, and icons with attention to margins and alignment
• Experience working with developers and product teams to bring designs to life
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Speak Dutch and live in the Netherlands
