As a Senior Product Designer at Reap, you will lead the design process for the company's platform, driving innovation and creating intuitive user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design efforts from early discovery to final UI
- Drive innovation through design sprints and workshops
- Craft intuitive experiences informed by user insights
- Contribute to a scalable design system
- Mentor and support junior designers
- Champion usability and accessibility
- Refine design processes and embrace new tools
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Experience with Web3, fintech, or blockchain technologies
- Fluent in tools like Figma, FigJam, Framer
- Curiosity about frontend technologies and willingness to learn
- Comfortable running user research and testing
- Collaborative spirit and ability to mentor others
- Passionate about creating outstanding user experiences
- Original viewpoint or background
