As an Associate UX Designer, you will support user research efforts and create low-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes. You will collaborate with Visual Designers and participate in usability testing to improve design based on user feedback.
Responsibilities
- Support user research efforts, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gain insights into user needs and preferences
- Create low-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes under the guidance of Senior UX Designers to visualize design concepts and interactions
- Collaborate with Visual Designers to implement visual aesthetics and brand guidelines into the user interface design
- Participate in usability testing sessions, observing user interactions and providing input for design improvements based on feedback
- Assist in developing information architecture and user flows to ensure intuitive navigation and user-friendly interactions
- Learn about accessibility best practices and contribute to ensuring our products are inclusive and accessible to all users
- Help in documenting the design process, design decisions, and guidelines for future reference and knowledge sharing
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends, industry tools, and methodologies to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge
- Designing for AI Features, User Research for AI Experiences, Wireframing Intelligent Interfaces
Requirements
- Graduation with UX tools knowledge
- Certification in UX (Preferred)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related degree
- 2 years of experience (Preferred)
Key Skills
- A strong passion for user-centered design and creating exceptional user experiences
- Basic knowledge of design principles, usability, and user research methodologies
- Familiarity with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD) is a plus
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn and take constructive feedback
