Senior UI Designer

As a Senior UI Designer, you will shape the visual experience of digital products for global clients, collaborating with various teams to create intuitive and brand-aligned interfaces. You will also mentor junior designers and serve as a subject matter expert on design principles and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with UX designers, copywriters, developers, and creative leads to translate ideas and wireframes into stunning, intuitive, and brand aligned interfaces.
• Deliver high-fidelity UI screens, component libraries, iconography, and microvisuals with consistent craft.
• Enhance visual storytelling, emotion, and usability by collaborating with UX leads.
• Work with and extend existing design systems or brand guidelines.
• Receive and incorporate feedback in fast-paced iterative cycles.
• Mentor and support junior visual/UI designers.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on design system principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in design systems and share insights with the team.

Requirements

• Formal design education & portfolio are mandatory.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience for Mid Level.
• 6+ years of relevant experience for Senior Roles.

Key Skills

• Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design across desktop, mobile, and web applications.
• Comfort with receiving and incorporating feedback in fast-paced iterative cycles.
• Strong eye for detail and consistency across flows, screens, and interaction states.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Familiarity with motion tools (like After Effects, Principle, or Lottie) is a plus.
• Working knowledge of collaborative tools like Miro, FigJam, or Zeplin.
