Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will work autonomously on complex design challenges and analyze and resolve complex design problems. They will develop and implement creative design solutions that align with company objectives while directing the application of existing design principles.

Responsibilities

• Work autonomously on complex design challenges
• Analyze and resolve complex design problems through in-depth evaluation of multiple variables
• Develop and implement creative and effective design solutions that align with company objectives
• Exercise sound judgment in evaluating, selecting, and adapting both standard and complex design techniques
• Utilize in-depth professional knowledge to develop design models and procedures while monitoring industry trends
• Direct the application of existing design principles and contribute to new policy development
• Adapt communication style and use persuasion effectively when delivering messages to different stakeholders

Requirements

• Advanced wide-ranging experience in product design
• Strong understanding of the interrelationships between different disciplines
• Ability to determine and implement methods and procedures for new assignments
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex situations
• Strong communication and presentation skills for conveying design decisions
• Demonstrated ability to manage operational initiatives to achieve tactical goals
• Track record of delivering measurable results within own discipline
