Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer, you will create user experiences that empower and delight users while collaborating with product and engineering teams to drive user insights and technical requirements. You will also develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, ensuring designs align with business needs and stakeholder feedback.

Responsibilities

• Create experiences that empower and delight our users
• Initiate and collaborate with product, engineering, and other internal stakeholders to drive user insights and technical requirements
• Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, detailed visual mockups, and prototypes for development
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback into design iterations to ensure all user experiences are intuitive, quick, and fit the intended business process
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product management to ensure feasibility and validate implementation quality
• Drive the communication and delivery of design excellence in the final product
• Create AutoLeap pattern libraries and templates for a variety of users to ensure consistency and scale

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design and 5+ years of UI/UX design experience for digital products. Strong preference for experience with SaaS products.
• Working knowledge of design and prototyping tools: Figma (mandatory), Loveable, Vercel (preferred)
• Proven track record of shipping successful products with complex workflows
• A portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables
• Strong visual design, interaction design, and systems thinking skills
• Extensive experience with AI tools in design, enhancing both process and product quality
• The ability to communicate complex concepts across different audiences
• A self-starter with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for the hard work required to solve creative challenges
