As a Product Designer at TBC, you will be involved in the entire design process from ideation to production, focusing on enhancing the mobile app experience. You will collaborate with product managers and the design system team to implement best design practices.
Responsibilities
- Cover lifestyle features in the main mobile app
- Contribute to ongoing design transformation
- Work closely with the design system team and fellow designers
- Refine existing flows or introduce new features
- Contribute to design assets and participate in team workshops
- Take part in first quarter planning
- Prepare individual development plan after one year
Requirements
- Experience of working in a cross-functional product team
- Record of several mobile-first products (Appstore or Google Play links preferred)
- Product-oriented mindset (JBTD, CJM, user personas & product analytics tools)
- Strong visual skills
- Solid Figma proficiency
- Autonomy and flexibility
- B2+ English skills
