UX/UI Designer

tbi, a well-established bank with a start-up culture, is hiring a UX/UI Designer to empower their mobile app with top-notch designs.

Responsibilities

• Empower the tbi mobile app with top-notch designs that can positively impact people's lives.
• Apply design thinking methodology throughout the mobile app development lifecycle.
• Partner with domain teams to understand user needs, pain points, desired functionalities, and business requirements.
• Analyze business goals, user data, market research, and competitive analysis to ensure solutions align with user needs and business objectives.
• Conduct user research, including surveys and interviews, to gather actionable insights.
• Collaborate with team members to develop detailed project outlines, defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Visualize user experience by creating user flows.
• Design and iterate low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes.
• Create visually appealing, user-friendly, and consistent UI elements that adhere to brand guidelines and existing UI Kit.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure designs are feasible and implementable.
• Conduct usability testing and refine designs based on user feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile app design trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, design thinking principles, and methodologies.
• Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and design tools (proficient in Figma, other design tool counts as an advantage).
• Experience working with agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Very good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
