Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end user research from discovery to synthesis
- Translate insights into journeys, flows, and intuitive interfaces
- Prototype, test, and iterate quickly with real user feedback
- Partner with product, clinical, and engineering to ship safely and fast
Requirements
- Early-stage builder who has shipped live products and iterated in production
- Research-driven generalist comfortable owning the full design process
- Regulation-aware with experience simplifying complex, data-heavy systems
- AI-curious with strong communication and storytelling chops
