You will own the end-to-end design process within your squad, shaping feature direction and gathering feedback. Additionally, you will lead user research and create impactful user experiences that balance user goals with business priorities.
Responsibilities
- Owning the end-to-end design process within your squad—anticipating needs, shaping feature direction, developing concepts, gathering feedback, and iterating quickly
- Leading or collaborating on user research and translating findings into actionable insights and design principles
- Creating impactful, research-backed user experiences that balance user goals, business priorities, and technical feasibility
- Ensuring designs are accessible, inclusive, and meet usability standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design roles
- A well-rounded portfolio with case studies that showcase elegant, results-driven solutions to complex, multi-step workflows
- Experience leading design on large, cross-functional projects, including with remote teams
- Strong experience & expertise in Figma
