The Senior Graphic Designer develops and executes visually engaging designs across digital and print platforms, ensuring brand consistency. This role translates complex information into impactful visuals to drive engagement and support key business initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute visually engaging designs across digital and print platforms
  • Design visual assets for digital and print media primarily for Lead Gen (business growth)
  • Transform data, concepts, and narratives into engaging visuals
  • Develop a wide range of visual content (motion graphics, animated explainer videos, infographics)
  • Ensure visual communication adheres to a unified style guide and reflects the brand image
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
  • Manage creative projects, design files, and documentation
  • Stay current with design trends and technology
  • Champion innovative ideas and design execution
  • Act as a brand advocate
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with PEMCO's policies, values, code of ethics, and business conduct
  • Support the PEMCO Brand and seek top talent

Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent work experience (Design, Communications or equivalent)
  • 6 years of experience in design at an in-house creative department or design firm
  • Advanced literacy & writing skills
  • Precision and attention to detail
  • MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design)
  • Mastery of emerging tools (motion graphics, animation, interactive design, augmented reality)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Compliance with relevant laws, rules, and regulations
  • Understanding of the insurance industry and business landscape
  • Training and experience with AI tools preferred
