Graphic Designer and Production Specialist

Create eye-catching designs for signage and marketing materials while preparing files for production. Operate and maintain large-format printers and perform finishing tasks to ensure quality control from design to final product.

Responsibilities

• Create eye-catching designs for signage, graphics, and marketing materials
• Prepare and set up files for accurate production
• Operate and maintain large-format printers, flatbeds, and cutters
• Perform finishing tasks such as mounting, laminating, trimming, and assembly
• Ensure quality control from design to final product
• Work closely with project managers and installers to meet client deadlines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Experience or willingness to learn large-format printers, flatbeds, or cutting equipment (training available)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Comfortable working on your feet and lifting materials as needed
