Assist in the creation of visual assets for various platforms and support the design and layout of reports and presentations. Collaborate with team members to ensure brand consistency and contribute creative ideas to campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation of visual assets for web, social media, email newsletters, and print materials
- Support the design and layout of reports, brochures, flyers, and presentations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure brand consistency across all materials
- Help maintain and organize the organization’s digital asset library
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to campaigns and initiatives
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a graphic design role
- Communication skills: Presenting design choices and collaborating with clients or teams
- Supervision skills: work independently as well as collaboratively while maintaining brand standards
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop) and Canva, Figma
- Basic knowledge of web design and motion graphics a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptability
