Experiential Graphic Designer

The Experiential Graphic Designer will develop creative design concepts and execute environmental graphics for physical spaces. This role involves collaborating with integrated teams to shape brand experiences and communicate ideas effectively in client presentations.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative up-front design concepts, environmental graphics, and experiential identity for physical spaces
- Execute on the technical understanding to final production
- Communicate ideas clearly in client presentations and to the team
- Draw at scale and work with architectural documentation, elevations, plans, and shop drawings
- Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry/design trends and share with the team
- Work well in a fast-paced collaborative team setting
- Show a portfolio that demonstrates ability to apply a clientβs brand and design aesthetic across multiple mediums
- Expand skillset across design platforms such as the built environment, signage and wayfinding, experiential design, brand design, and digital design
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree or higher in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, Visual Communication, or similar
- At least 7 years of post-graduate and directly relevant work experience in environmental graphics required
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), CADTools, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Revit, Sketch Up, 3D, Motion Graphics, After Effects, and Adobe Premiere skills are a huge advantage
- Working knowledge of print and production, vendor management
- Strong sense of materials and fabrication/construction within a built environment
- Typography and illustration skills a huge plus
