The Graphic Designer will produce a suite of digital and print materials for the 52nd Annual Gala Luncheon, collaborating closely with ERA staff to create a cohesive design theme. Deliverables include digital promotional materials, print materials, and program presentations that inspire attendees to support ERA's mission.

Responsibilities

  • Present 2-3 creative concepts for ERA to choose from for the event branding
  • Produce digital promo designs sized for a variety of online platforms
  • Produce 2 program presentations and print materials for the event
  • Incorporate images/photos and text provided by ERA into digital and print deliverables
  • Collaborate with ERA to make revisions and adjustments as needed
  • Provide all files in the required formats

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in designing similar deliverables
  • Visual appeal and professionalism of the portfolio
  • Clear understanding of ERAโ€™s mission and how the organization's unique brand could be complemented by the creative concept
  • Proposed budget within the stated range
  • Confirmation of ability to meet the project timeline
