The Graphic Designer II will work on a wide range of projects and media, developing innovative graphic designs that align with business goals. They will collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs meet organizational standards and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs
- Obtain input from managers to ensure designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations
- Work cooperatively with marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation
- Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video
- Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams on a wide range of materials
- Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content
- Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials
- Use trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific classifications
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in professional graphic design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency
- Bachelorβs degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline
- Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of WordPress and content management systems
- Experience with Nano Banana, Reve.ai, ChatGPT and other AI image processing
- Five or more years of experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Figma, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Adobe Firefly
- Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Collaborative and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Creative thinker with a passion for sports, fitness, and nutrition
Key Skills
