Responsibilities
- Lead design strategy, architecture, and vision for Shipping buyer and seller experiences
- Drive end-to-end product design across customer experiences
- Collaborate with senior design, product, engineering, product marketing, content, and research leadership
- Develop sophisticated design prototypes and narratives that bring innovative concepts to life for testing and refinement
- Lead high-level presentations, storytelling, and crafting innovative narratives to effectively convey opportunities, solutions, and outcomes
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional product design experience
- Advanced mastery of Figma, prototyping tools, and interactive design methods
- Experience delivering compelling executive-level presentations, storytelling, and clear design narratives
- Demonstrated ability to design comprehensive, scalable design systems and drive cross-domain alignment
