The Senior Graphic Designer leads the design and execution of layouts and creative assets across all channels while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. This role also involves mentoring junior designers and overseeing external agencies to maintain the brand's visual identity.
Responsibilities
- Creative: Hands-on role leading the design and execution of layouts and creative assets across all channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign concepts.
- Brand: Act as brand guardian to maintain and evolve visual standards, create seasonal templates, and ensure all production files are accurate for print and digital.
- Marketing campaigns: Collaborate with Art Directors to bring 360 campaigns to life across digital, social, print, media formats, events, and experiential activations.
- Packaging: Work with sourcing and product teams to design functional, on-brand packaging and ‘unboxing’ experience. Deliver technically accurate production files.
- Ecom/CRM: Create digital assets that drive engagement and conversion for eCommerce, loyalty campaigns, and email marketing, using feedback and A/B testing to improve results.
- Retail: Partner with the VM team for in-store visuals, windows, signage, packaging, POS displays, and digital screen content.
- Sustainability: Design with sustainability in mind to reduce plastics and waste, explore new materials, and elevate brand perception.
- General: Own projects from concept to delivery, managing timelines, feedback, and approvals. Upload final files to the DAM portal.
- Guide and mentor (junior) designers and review work from external partners to ensure quality and consistency.
- Contribute to the evolution of the brand’s visual identity and keep our creative fresh and relevant.
- Stay ahead of trends in culture, creativity, and technology to help keep our work fresh, relevant, and differentiated incl training of AI tools.
Requirements
- Degree in one or more design disciplines or equivalent professional experience.
- 5–7+ years of experience and a strong, versatile portfolio across print incl packaging and digital.
- Background in fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brands (agency or in-house).
- Expertise in brand identity, typography, layout, and maintaining visual consistency.
- Experience collaborating with marketing, e-commerce, and retail teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with high creative standards.
- Strong presentation skills and a proactive, solution-driven approach.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro), Figma.
- Motion graphics or 3D skills are a plus.
- Understand digital, ecom and social platforms.
- Excellent presentation skills to craft and “sell” ideas.
