The Senior Graphic Designer will develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract veterinarians and enhance internal branding. This role involves collaboration with various departments to optimize marketing efforts and improve candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted campaigns to attract and engage veterinarians through digital, social, email, and other paid channels
- Partner with Marketing and Recruiting to optimize talent pools, improve candidate experience, and analyze campaigns using Hubspot, our CRM
- Build and maintain a veterinarian-focused content strategy, including webinars, videos, and testimonials
- Collaborate with HR and Employee Relations to help craft engaging messages, newsletters, and materials to strengthen culture and employee connection
- Support company-wide marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive lead generation for Lap of Love’s services
- Monitor marketing analytics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to optimize performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in Marketing (Digital, Brand, Social), Graphic Design, or related field
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Google Analytics, and paid digital advertising
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Canva
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-driven, collaborative, and motivated to do profound work
- Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity
- Top notch oral and written communication skills
- Confident, independent thinker, and self-starter
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Exercises critical thinking skills
