The Senior Product Designer will analyze existing features and generate ideas for enhancements while optimizing UI/UX through mockups and prototypes. They will also collaborate with the product team and engineers to ensure design feasibility and iterate on concepts based on feedback.
Responsibilities
- Feature Review and Enhancement: Analyse existing features based on user requirements and generate ideas for possible solutions that align with our product vision
- UI/UX Optimization: Fine-tune mockups and build feature prototypes for our responsive desktop-app in Figma that can be used for user testing and as input for implementation
- Style Guide Development: Collaborate with the team to create a comprehensive style guide and UI kit in Figma, ensuring consistency across all design elements
- Wireframing New Ideas: Transform new business propositions into wireframes and mockups, allowing for early-stage feedback from users and stakeholders
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our product team and engineers to ensure design feasibility, iterating on concepts based on technical insights and user feedback
Requirements
- 8 years of UX/UI design experience with multiple projects, encompassing both redesigns and the creation of new product concepts
- Strong design skills, proficiency in Figma and a solid understanding of UI/UX principles
- Experience with reporting/data apps and process-heavy e-commerce applications, ideally with both B2C and B2B products
- Detail-oriented, empathetic, and solution-focused, with a strong commitment to user-centered design
- Fluent in German and English
