Hybrid Full-time Senior

The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for developing creative layouts for various digital platforms to inspire customers and support the sales force. This role involves collaborating with teams to enhance the digital customer experience and managing projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Create beautiful design aesthetic for various mediums that meet business goals.
  • Masterful skill level in digital modern layouts, graphic fundamentals, email & web design, typography, and print.
  • Heavy understanding of customer experiences/customer journeys within the digital platform.
  • Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
  • Help drive creative direction for the company.
  • Prioritize and manage projects within design specifications.
  • Perform retouching and tweaks to existing content and recommend additional suggestions to enhance creative.
  • High level of expertise in the design-based programs within the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Examine existing processes, identifying flaws, and creating solutions to improve design capabilities.
  • Organize designs and assets properly through our server and file system.
  • Ability to collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with internal teams for a wide range of deliverables.

  • A strong digital portfolio demonstrating problem solving paired with engaging, responsive design experience for B2B and B2C audiences.
  • A strong understanding of email and web design best practices, current trends, and the technical capabilities and limitations of the web.
  • Expert in Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office with strong typographic and layout skills.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in HTML & CSS.
  • Eye for clean, modern design and ability to leverage department technology and capabilities to bring designs to life.
  • Takes ownership of projects from concept to completion and capable of managing multiple projects/programs simultaneously and efficiently.
  • Able to work in collaboration with and assist other creatives to complete all projects accurately and efficiently.
  • Adapt to existing processes and procedures, while staying current with programs to suggest new approaches to delivering better results.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field, such as graphic design, computer science, or visual communication.
  • 5+ years of creative experience designing for interactive projects, including email, website, online advertising, social media and mobile. Ecommerce brand experience a plus.
  • Proven success to effectively communicate (listening, writing and verbal) across all levels of an organization.
  • Experience working in a client services design agency is a plus.
