As a Product Designer for Content Discovery, you will design systems and interfaces to enhance Go1's content aggregation. You will work across teams to solve content overwhelm through smart categorization and AI-powered search.
Responsibilities
- Design key features thoughtfully across search, AI chat, and content discovery, and directly impact how users find and engage with content
- Shape product decisions through compelling design work and contribute insights to product direction that connects user needs to business outcomes
- Conduct your own usability tests and user interviews to move past assumptions quickly, with support from a UX research lead for foundational research
- Contribute to UX strategy and proactively identify opportunities within your product area to meet objectives and roadmap plans
- Work cross-functionally from discovery to delivery, sharing early ideas and feedback
- Design seamless, connected experiences across Go1's platform ecosystem
- Contribute to design system evolution while learning from senior designers and growing your impact across the organisation
Requirements
- 2-4 years in fast-growing companies or startups
- Confidence running your own projects from concept to launch
- Experience setting up usability testing, integrating insights into your design process, and facilitating collaborative workshops
- Pragmatic problem solver with a focus on shipping and learning over perfection
- Proficient in Figma, AI prototyping tools and Miro, as well as research and analytics tools
- Excited about designing for AI-powered experiences with hands-on experience with AI tools in your design process
- Strong communicator, thriving in a remote-first, async culture
- Business-minded, understanding how design decisions impact business outcomes
- Eager to take on new challenges, learn from senior team members, and grow quickly in a supportive environment
- Interest in or early experience with search interfaces and AI-powered systems
Key Skills
