As a Product Designer for Content Discovery, you will design systems and interfaces to enhance Go1's content aggregation. You will work across teams to solve content overwhelm through smart categorization and AI-powered search.
Responsibilities
- Design with purpose: Design key features thoughtfully across search, AI chat, and content discovery, and directly impact how users find and engage with content
- Influence through design: Shape product decisions through compelling design work and contribute insights to product direction that connects user needs to business outcomes
- Research lean and fast: Conduct your own usability tests and user interviews to move past assumptions quickly, with support from a UX research lead for foundational research
- Be proactive and self-directed: Contribute to UX strategy and proactively identify opportunities within your product area to meet objectives and roadmap plans
- Collaborate openly: Work cross-functionally from discovery to delivery, sharing early ideas and feedback - because better ideas come from working together
- Think holistically: Design seamless, connected experiences across Go1's platform ecosystem, considering how AI features work in our own standalone experience and embedded in our partners' environments
- Elevate design quality: Contribute to design system evolution while learning from senior designers and growing your impact across the organisation
Requirements
- 2-4 years in fast-growing companies or startups
- Confidence running your own projects from concept to launch
- Experience setting up usability testing, integrating insights into your design process, and facilitating collaborative workshops
- Pragmatic problem solver
- Proficient in Figma, AI prototyping tools and Miro, as well as research and analytics tools
- AI-native designer
- Strong communicator
