Product Designer – User Research & Usability Testing (m/f/d)

As a User Research & Usability Testing Product Designer, you'll gather user insights and translate them into design solutions, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and designers.
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather actionable insights
- Synthesize research findings and communicate them clearly across teams
- Use AI-assisted tools to rapidly prototype and visualize early design ideas
- Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups that solve real user problems
- Lead and participate in weekly design critiques to continuously improve design quality
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and product goals
- Support implementation by collaborating closely with engineering teams
- Conduct design QA and identify opportunities for continuous UX improvement post-launch
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in product design with a focus on user research and usability testing
- Proven ability to run user interviews, surveys, and usability tests
- Skilled in Figma and prototyping tools, familiarity with AI-assisted prototyping tools is a plus
- Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design best practices
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working with product and engineering teams
- German language skills are a plus
