A Product UX/UI Designer role to shape user-centered, visually engaging, and intuitive experiences across digital products.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to understand requirements, define user flows, and deliver design solutions that meet both user needs and business goals.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Translate complex ideas into simple, accessible, and engaging experiences.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organisation.
- Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously raise the quality of our products.
Requirements
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes and end-to-end product design work.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
- Solid understanding of UX research methods and usability testing.
- Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, colour, and layout.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams, manage feedback, and iterate quickly.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills in presenting design concepts.
Key Skills
- Experience working in agile product teams.
- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS/React) to understand technical feasibility.
- Motion/interaction design skills for micro-interactions and animations.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design.
