Lead UX Designer (Remote - US)

Lead UX Designer role to drive user-centered design across multiple enterprise-scale software products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct strategic research to understand user needs, motivations, and pain points across multiple products
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize problem spaces and design opportunities
• Lead generative and evaluative research, synthesizing results into actionable insights
• Create and iterate on design artifacts, including user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Own workstreams from planning through design hand-off, post-release testing, and ongoing research
• Advocate for the user experience across the product lifecycle, ensuring designs are intuitive, efficient, and aligned with business goals

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in UX, preferably in commercial software or enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in UX research methodologies, design principles, and usability best practices
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, Miro, or equivalents
• Excellent communication, facilitation, problem-solving, analytical, and reasoning skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or equivalent practical experience
• Ability to work remotely or from a company office
