Sustainability Economics.ai is hiring a UI/UX & Prompt/Context Engineering Designer for AI-driven products in Bengaluru.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for AI-enabled applications
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on insights
- Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and AI researchers to align design with functionality
- Design, test, and optimize prompts for LLM-based workflows
- Develop context frameworks to improve reliability and personalization of AI responses
- Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to implement and evaluate prompt templates
- Maintain documentation and best practices for prompt design
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in design or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design
- 1+ year of AI/LLM prompt engineering experience preferred
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work (web, mobile, or AI interfaces)
- Experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent design tools
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, LLM APIs, and context-aware AI systems
- Understanding of information architecture, human-AI interaction, and usability heuristics
