Seeking a Product Designer with 4+ years of experience to optimize user growth and design for a Chinese-speaking environment.
Responsibilities
- Optimize design for user acquisition and conversion
- Identify user needs and growth opportunities
- Propose and implement design solutions
- Continuously improve design based on user feedback, data, and competitor analysis
- Lead design projects and track their effectiveness
- Conduct post-project reviews and iterate designs
Requirements
- 4+ years of product design experience
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with data analysis to support design decisions
- Experience with full project cycles from 0 to 1 or major overhauls
- Strong execution skills
- Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration
- Proactive and willing to explore new growth design directions
