Ux Researcher/designer

Junior-Mid level UX Design/Researcher to support the design of an AI product, focusing on user flows and the creation of a new intelligent assistant.

Responsibilities

• Focus on user flows and the creation of a new intelligent assistant (AI) product that integrates into an existing tax servicing platform.
• Responsible for the end to end UX. In the sense with research, the mock up, the wireframing, the designing, and then turn it over and work in a collaboratively with the engineers that are actually implementing.

Requirements

• Familiarity with the tools, Abstract (this is where the team stores their mock ups and style guides); Figma; wireframes.
• Candidate portfolios and resumes should display storytelling. USER JOURNEY. Their portfolios should demonstrate STORYBOARDING.
