As a Manager/Senior Manager/AD, User Experience at MakeMyTrip, you will lead a team of UX professionals, champion a user-centric approach, and drive UX strategies aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of UX professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
- Champion a user-centric approach to design, ensuring user needs are at the forefront
- Develop UX strategies and plans that align with business objectives and target audience needs
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executives to understand business requirements and align UX efforts
- Oversee the design and prototyping process, ensuring visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the UX team and across the organization
Requirements
