Lead I - Product Design - UX Designer

Lead Product Design UX Designer responsible for designing human-centered digital products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring a delightful customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop user personas from research findings and integrate them into deliverables
• Design experiences for various digital interfaces including websites, mobile apps, kiosks, games, and wearables
• Create screen layouts aligned with brand guidelines
• Design interaction models, wireframes, low/high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and production-ready interfaces, including MVPs
• Conduct design reviews to ensure alignment with usability standards and user expectations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—product managers, engineers, business stakeholders, and designers
• Align design directions with stakeholder goals, budgets, and expectations
• Stay abreast of industry trends and design innovations, and advocate for continuous design improvements
• Define and track OKRs for self and contribute to team goal setting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a design-related discipline
• 8+ years of experience in digital product design
• Proven experience delivering UX engagements
• Expertise in color theory, typography, layout, visual transitions, micro animations, motion design, and dynamic interaction elements
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools including Figma, Adobe XD, Axure, InVision, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Experience in designing for digital products/platforms
• Strong understanding of web design principles, responsive design, and front-end development constraints
• Experience in building and maintaining Design Language Systems (DLS)
• Excellent visual communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• A strong, well-curated design portfolio is mandatory
