As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the design of new features from concept to final execution, conducting user research and translating insights into intuitive experiences. You will also maintain and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability while advocating for design best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of new features from concept to final execution.
- Conduct user research and translate insights into intuitive experiences.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Maintain and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability.
- Advocate for design best practices, accessibility, and usability.
- Present design concepts and gather feedback for iteration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing complex, data-rich applications.
- Expertise in Figma, Jira, and other industry-standard tools.
- Strong grasp of UX principles, interaction design, and usability.
- Ability to translate technical constraints into elegant solutions.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience working with and evolving design systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, UX, Cognitive Psychology, or related field.
