The Senior Product Designer will gather and analyze business data to identify areas for improvement and collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications. They will also monitor and evaluate the performance of design solutions through user feedback and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Data Collection, Analysis, and Research: Gather and analyze business data to identify areas for improvement
- Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Collect and refine requirements from stakeholders
- Presentations and Recommendations: Present findings and recommendations to senior managers and executives
- Implementation Support: Provide guidance and training to help implement recommended changes
- Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications
- Evaluation and Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the performance of design solutions through user feedback, analytics, and other data sources
- UI/UX Design, Interaction Design: Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
- Visual Design: Create and maintain a consistent visual language and style guide
Requirements
- Extensive experience working with product teams as a Senior Product Designer on B2C products
- Using both product metrics and UX metrics to shape decisions
- Provision of high-quality Design and Technical documentation
- Familiarity with User Research Methods, both qualitative and quantitative
- Experience with Figma, JIRA, and Confluence
- Self-starter with limited oversight
- C1+ or higher level of English proficiency
- Sharing common values of trust, challenge, ownership, and enthusiasm for change
