Responsibilities
- Develop and execute campaign concepts and creative assets with minimal direction.
- Design a wide range of deliverables, including social media graphics, paid media assets, and larger campaign executions.
- Collaborate closely with the internal team to ensure consistent, high-quality design output.
- Translate client briefs into creative concepts and final designs independently.
- Provide creative direction and fresh ideas to elevate campaign visuals.
- Contribute to brand consistency across multiple touchpoints.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an agency environment.
- Proven ability to design and deliver diverse campaign assets across digital platforms.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative direction, campaign concepting, and multi-format executions.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (motion design/After Effects is a plus).
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and deliver polished work from brief to final execution.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams (not client-facing).
- Advanced English (C1+)
