The Graphic Designer will collaborate on diverse projects from concept to execution, focusing on UI/UX design, branding, and web design. They will also develop innovative design ideas and contribute to marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on a variety of projects in a small team environment, from concept to execution.
- Design and prototype user interfaces and experiences (UI/UX) for software products.
- Create branding elements, advertising materials, motion graphics, presentations, and web designs.
- Develop innovative design ideas and provide input on marketing strategies.
- Iterate on art pieces with a focus on elevating quality and creativity.
- Adapt to team workflows and tools while bringing your own expertise to the table.
Requirements
- Mid-to-senior level experience in Graphic Design with a strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX work.
- Proficiency in core design tools such as Affinity Designer and Adobe suite (e.g., After Effects, Illustrator).
- Ability to work independently, generate proactive ideas, and thrive with minimal oversight.
- Proactive mindset: Driven to seek out solutions and pursue continuous growth as an artist through self-directed learning and professional development.
- Passion for team collaboration and output quality over individual accolades.
- Canadian resident with a time zone compatible with British Columbia and Saskatchewan teams.
