Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Marketing Designer will design and produce creative print and digital assets for marketing and events, collaborating with the design team to ensure cohesive visual storytelling. This role requires balancing creativity and technical skill while delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce creative print and digital assets for marketing and events
- Develop infographics, print and digital advertisements, and event signage
- Create engaging UX digital experiences, emails, and landing pages
- Design professional PowerPoint presentations and other marketing collateral
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure cohesive and impactful visual storytelling
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college/university or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience as a designer in the events industry or with an agency
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Proficiency with Adobe After Effects
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, AEM, etc.)
- HTML coding and illustration abilities (preferred)
- Strong visual and conceptual skills with corresponding technical abilities
- Desire to grow and learn about workflows and design thinking
- Ability to work with different visual styles
- Creative and resourceful approach to problem-solving
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with proactive behavior and positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively under deadline pressure
- Dedication to fully understanding problems before developing solutions
