Senior Graphic Designer

Create impactful visual experiences for clients and brands as a remote Senior Graphic Designer at Savy Agency.

Responsibilities

• Create impactful and memorable visual experiences for a diverse portfolio of clients and brands
• Lead design ideation, execution, and production across brand identity, websites, social media, email marketing, print, signage, and packaging
• Design and customize WordPress themes, ensuring seamless integration with development requirements
• Collaborate with developers to align aesthetics with usability, accessibility, and web standards
• Present design concepts and rationale to clients with confidence and strategic insight
• Utilize advanced knowledge of design principles, digital technologies, and user experience requirements across multiple channels
• Stay current with design trends, digital marketing innovations, and advocate for knowledge sharing across the organization

Requirements

• 7+ years of agency or in-house graphic design experience
• Formal education in graphic design from an accredited design program
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design principles
• Understanding of UX design principles and best practices
• Proficiency in Figma for collaborative design workflows
• Proficiency in Google Workspace Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs) and intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Outstanding portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, creative problem-solving, and effective design execution across multiple mediums
• WordPress theme design and customization experience
• Familiarity with the Shopify platform and knowledge of e-commerce design
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Campaign Monitor and Klaviyo)
• Knowledge of social media marketing with Canva platform experience
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and web optimization
• Ability to develop brand identities and create complete branding documentation
• Proven ability to integrate brand messaging, typography, color theory, and imagery across all communication channels
• Basic knowledge of packaging design and signage, with strong expertise in print collateral materials
• Project management experience managing multiple concurrent client projects while meeting deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
• Current knowledge of design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies
