A senior graphic designer and art director role to lead brand design systems and UX/UI projects for B2B and B2G clients.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the creation and implementation of branding systems from concept to completion.
- Present bold, compelling ideas to leadership teams and internal stakeholders.
- Articulately present compelling visual concepts to clients.
- Collaborating on the design of UX/UI systems for websites and mobile applications.
- Daily peer-review and junior designer mentorship.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating brand strategy and graphic design principles.
- At least some existing professional experience, ideally at an agency.
- Fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD).
- Bonus points for 3D (Cinema4D, Unreal, Blender, or other) and generative AI tools.
- Comfortable joining client presentations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
