Graphic Designer, Print & Retail

The Graphic Designer at O Positiv Health creates engaging designs for retail, packaging, marketing, and digital initiatives, ensuring a cohesive brand presence.

Responsibilities

• Apply strong design principles to create compelling and effective visual assets
• Design engaging branded materials including Retail Displays, Packaging, In-Store Signage, Print Collateral, Email Marketing Campaigns, Digital Ads, and Social Media Assets
• Develop thoughtful and impactful retail display designs
• Collaborate with the Art Director and Graphic Designers to conceptualize and execute design solutions
• Take ownership of projects with a self-starter mindset
• Stay up to date with industry trends and visual merchandising innovations
• Maintain a self-driven and organized approach to design projects
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Proactively communicate progress, challenges, and solutions

Requirements

• 3-6+ years of design experience
• Strong knowledge of print production best practices
• Skilled in both Print and Digital Design with emphasis on Retail Visual Merchandising and Packaging Design
• Expert in both Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Solid understanding of print processes and exporting final files for print
• Strong craft and production skills to create physical mockups
• Bachelor’s Degree and equivalent work experience
