Manage and maintain multiple WordPress websites while ensuring accuracy and performance. Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to execute campaigns and support marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain multiple WordPress websites, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and performance
- Build, customize, and update landing pages, campaign pages, and workflows using WordPress and Elementor
- Support marketing campaigns with quick, effective content updates and assets
- Optimize sites for SEO, speed, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility
- Manage integrations with marketing tools (email, analytics, CRM, tracking)
- Provide light troubleshooting (plugins, compatibility, minor front-end fixes)
- Assist with Shopify site management, including product updates and theme adjustments
- Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to execute campaigns
- Adapt quickly to switch between brands, projects, and campaign priorities
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience managing WordPress websites
- Strong expertise in Elementor (templates, customizations, advanced use)
- Experience with landing pages, workflows, and marketing campaigns within WordPress
- Good understanding of front-end basics (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and website performance optimization
- Shopify experience (product management, theme customization, integrations) is a strong plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive, collaborative mindset
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
