Senior Brand & Web Designer

You will take ownership of web design, creating captivating assets and maintaining web pages. Additionally, you will drive the redesign of Gradle.com's homepage and contribute to the design system.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of our web design, from creating captivating assets and micro-animations to building and maintaining web pages based on our existing templates.
• Work closely with our Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams, ensuring design-to-code fidelity and a unified vision.
• Drive the redesign of Gradle.com's homepage and other key pages, ensuring seamless cross-pollination and deep linking to our products and solutions.
• Create static and animated graphic assets for use in product and marketing with tools such as Lottie, Rive, Spline, Adobe After Effects, and Cinema 4D (or your preferred 3D modeling software).
• Contribute significantly to our existing design system, creating new components, maintaining the system's integrity, and ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Help define and evolve design patterns and interaction guidelines.
• Conduct audits to ensure visual consistency and design integrity while actively contributing to improvements in team processes, tooling, and documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in scalable and responsive web & brand design ideally within fast-paced, high-expectation environments like creative agencies or design studios.
• A strong portfolio showcasing both visual and systematic design work with a proven ability to create high fidelity prototypes (Figma, React, HTML/CSS, or Figma Make).
• Strong skills in Figma are essential.
• Experience working within and contributing to a design system.
• Strong understanding of accessibility, usability, and interaction design principles.
• Excellent organizational, collaboration, and communication skills (written and verbal English) to effectively work with diverse stakeholders, from executive leadership to individual developers.

Key Skills
