UI/UX Designer - AI for Business Department (AI4B)

As a UI/UX Designer, you will create and iterate on user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for generative AI features. You will own end-to-end design workflows from concept to implementation, balancing user experience with technical feasibility and business objectives.

• Create and iterate on user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for generative AI features
• Own end-to-end design workflows from concept to implementation, weighing user experience against technical feasibility and business objectives
• Identify new AI opportunities, design concepts, and build prototypes to execute on strategic goals
• Shape product direction through breakthrough generative AI interface innovations
• Facilitate alignment and build unified product design vision across teams

Requirements

• Portfolio website required, showcasing your design process and solutions
• High standards for UI/UX design execution. Advanced Figma skills.
• Strong product design sense and problem-solving abilities to tackle new design challenges
• Extensive agentic coding experience (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor). Strong preference for candidates who have shipped products using agentic coding
• Strong storytelling and communication skills using mental models, mockups and other tools-for-thought to effectively communicate ideas to teams and senior stakeholders
• Bias towards shipping fast and iterating based on real user feedback
• Comfortable navigating abstract and unknown territories when exploring new AI ideas
