As a UI/UX Designer, you will create and iterate on user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for generative AI features. You will own end-to-end design workflows from concept to implementation, balancing user experience with technical feasibility and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Create and iterate on user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for generative AI features
- Own end-to-end design workflows from concept to implementation, weighing user experience against technical feasibility and business objectives
- Identify new AI opportunities, design concepts, and build prototypes to execute on strategic goals
- Shape product direction through breakthrough generative AI interface innovations
- Facilitate alignment and build unified product design vision across teams
Requirements
- Portfolio website required, showcasing your design process and solutions
- High standards for UI/UX design execution. Advanced Figma skills.
- Strong product design sense and problem-solving abilities to tackle new design challenges
- Extensive agentic coding experience (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor). Strong preference for candidates who have shipped products using agentic coding
- Strong storytelling and communication skills using mental models, mockups and other tools-for-thought to effectively communicate ideas to teams and senior stakeholders
- Bias towards shipping fast and iterating based on real user feedback
- Comfortable navigating abstract and unknown territories when exploring new AI ideas
Key Skills
- Advanced Figma skills
- Agentic coding experience (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor)
- Strong storytelling and communication skills
- Experience with design research and user testing
- Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design
- Japanese skills
