UX Designer, Director – PWM Asia & Australia

The UX Designer will partner with Domain Leads and Product Owners to create cohesive experiences across various products, crafting intuitive designs that empower clients in financial decision-making. They will also work closely with the research team to synthesize data and advocate for user abilities through thorough testing of design deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Domain Leads and POs creating cohesive experience within various products
- Craft intuitive and elegant experiences
- Work closely with research team to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data
- Create and present a variety of design deliverables
- Form holistic solutions that integrate seamlessly into product ecosystem
- Design and deliver responsive/adaptive solutions
- Work closely with larger Wealth Management UX team
- Advocate for all user abilities by thoroughly testing design deliverables
Requirements
- Relevant experience and mindset
- At least 8 years as a UX designer
- Bachelor's degree in design or related field, master’s degree a plus
- Excellent skills in Figma
- Experience designing intuitive interfaces
- Leverage research, wireframes and prototypes
- Collaborative, explorative environment
- Active listening and contribution in group situations
- Excitement for complex projects with high levels of ambiguity
- Resilient in the face of obstacles
