The Product Designer will own the design of internal products, ensuring usability and consistency. They will drive projects from problem definition to polished UI while collaborating closely with developers.
Responsibilities
- Own the design of products, ensuring clarity, usability, and consistency across our tools.
- Navigate complex systems to create user-centered solutions that balance business goals and human needs.
- Use qualitative research to inform your decisions, regularly testing with real users supported by our UX research team.
- Drive projects end-to-end, from problem definition to polished UI and thorough documentation.
- Work closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation and a seamless user experience.
- Learn and grow through regular feedback and mentorship from experienced UX designers and researchers.
- Contribute to the evolution of our design system and maintain a consistent visual language across products.
- Keep improving, iterating, exploring, and challenging the status quo. Design is never finished.
Requirements
- Masterโs Degree in a relevant design field.
- At least 3 years of experience as UX or Product Designer.
- Portfolio with product design cases and solid explanation.
- Experience in designing for B2B or enterprise apps.
- Confident using Figma.
- Solid understanding of sketching UI concepts with great eye for detail.
- Fluent in English speaking and writing.
- Holder of an EU work permit.
