As a Senior Growth Product Designer, you will design and enhance core experiences that drive business growth, focusing on seamless user interfaces for managing stays. You will lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring every interaction is optimized for user engagement and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Champion conversion and growth-oriented design for transactional touch points.
- Lead the design process from concept to execution, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and interaction design.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design language and style guide.
- Leverage data, user feedback, and research to refine the user journey.
- Drive the overall design vision for the product, aligned with the company's long-term strategy and values.
- Inspire the team with innovative ideas and commitment to creating a product users love.
Requirements
- Proven ability to lead design projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Very senior experience in UI/UX design for a SaaS product, ideally in eCommerce or related to growth.
- World-class portfolio demonstrating ability to create delightful, intuitive, and fluid experiences.
- Experience with Whimsical for mockups and Figma for designs.
- Creativity to think outside the box and push conventional design.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and decisions clearly.
- Deep passion for design, keen eye for detail, and understanding of exceptional products.

- Total budget for this role is between USD $133,200 to $171,000.
