Senior Growth Product Designer (Remote)

As a Senior Growth Product Designer, you will design and elevate core experiences that drive the business forward, focusing on seamless interfaces for user interactions. You will lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring every interaction is optimized for user engagement and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Champion conversion and growth-oriented design for our transactional touch points, ensuring activation, onboarding, booking, and guest & owner portal workflows are seamless, engaging, and optimised
- Lead the design process from concept to execution, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and interaction design
- Develop and maintain a consistent design language and style guide that reflects our brand and product vision
- Leverage data, user feedback, and research to refine the user journey
- Drive the overall design vision for the product, aligned with the company's long-term strategy and values
- Inspire the team with innovative ideas and a commitment to creating a product that users love and remember
Requirements
- Proven ability to lead design projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Very senior experience in UI/UX design for a SaaS product ideally in eCommerce or related to growth, with a world-class portfolio demonstrating your ability to create delightful, intuitive, and fluid experiences
- You live and breathe in design tools. Nothing exotic: we use Whimsical for mockups, Figma for designs
- Ability to think outside the box and push conventional design to create something truly differentiated
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A deep passion for design, a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of what makes a product truly exceptional
